Laser Therapy
At Haywood Animal Hospital, we have a class 3B cold therapy laser. Cold therapy laser is a low-intensity laser treatment that reduces inflammation and promotes healing. This type of treatment helps a wide array of problems, including chronic conditions such as arthritis pain, intervertebral disc disease, and cystitis (inflammation of the bladder and urinary tract), as well as more acute conditions such as wounds/burns, ear infections, and skin inflammation. We also use the laser after every surgery and dental procedure to promote healing and speed up recovery time.
