Veterinary Assistant
Alexandria was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. She went to college in Boone, NC for Industrial Design, but felt a calling to animal care once she was employed at a Doggie Daycare and Spa. After 4 years of hard work scrubbing kennels and bathing wiggly pups, she was able to save up for a dog of her own! She named her Wynonna and they've been best buds ever since.
Alex moved with her husband in 2020 to Hendersonville, NC so he could pursue a career in aviation. Once settled in the area, Haywood Animal Hospital welcomed her with open arms and taught her everything she knows. Alex has now been with Haywood for over 2 years, and is still excited to learn and grow as a technician. She is dedicated to her patients and wants to make sure each one is given the love and comfort they deserve!
