I grew up in West Virginia and attended West Virginia University, where I discovered my passion for veterinary medicine while working in several small clinics and hospitals. Those experiences inspired me to continue seeking opportunities to expand my skills, grow as a veterinary professional, and provide the best care possible to my patients.

I have always had a special love for exotic animals. I previously raised a pair of rats who meant the world to me, and that experience helped inspire my goal of becoming a licensed veterinary technician so I can work more closely with a wide variety of exotic species.

Outside of veterinary medicine, I enjoy tabletop and board games of all kinds. I also love spending time outdoors, whether that is camping, hiking, or simply finding a peaceful spot to relax in a hammock. At home, I have a tuxedo cat whom I adopted from a previous clinic—and who I absolutely couldn't imagine life without!

I am excited to continue growing in the veterinary medicine field and look forward to providing compassionate care to both my patients and their families.
